Today most of the Voice system applications are used in large scale picking, decomissioning, product and assembly tracking. In case of handling manual tasks of big quantities, comparing data entry performances of Voice systems to the conventional RF terminal systems finds 80-100 % advantage on the side of the Voice systems.
Connecting a Voice system to SAP we have an efficient supporting application for warehouse management and special production processes and supply chain processes as well. This system is extremely suitable for functions of SAP LES (Logistic Execution System) module.

Customizing a User for RFC communications.
The communication is realized through SAP RFC functions using communications structures defined in 3iV.
The business intelligence is at the SAP side in RFC functions, this way any function can be realized without limitations.
The voice and command processing and the established dialog are mapped at the Voice system side, there is no business intelligence involved.
The employee name of the Voice system can be the same as the SAP user name, this is the default setting.
Online communication can be realized with the only attention to ensure that the SAP answers would not jam the Voice dialogue, e.g. good practice is not to ask for picking tasks one by one but “batch mode”, more belonging to the same delivery.
Through established error codes SAP error messages can be handled to the Voice system, at failure in SAP posting the text belonging to the error code can be pronounced to the Voice user.
