Strict temperature conditions, whether chemicals, pharmaceutical products, supporting materials, or food, are essential during transit.

Why? Because any disruption can impact the entire production process and, in the case of damage to food or pharmaceuticals, even human health.

With goods constantly on the move, day or night, you need reliable technology that ensures you stay informed about the status of your shipments. This includes detecting any damage or temperature fluctuations that may have occurred.

The solution for achieving end-to-end tracking and tracing of temperature-sensitive products involves automatically monitoring products and materials being transported or stored at shallow temperatures, continuously monitoring conditions.

Antra ID incorporates semi-passive RFID tags into the packaging of products that require special conditions. These tags monitor the status at pre-programmed intervals, such as every 15 minutes.

  • Upon arrival at the warehouse, the shipment passes through automatic identification gates equipped with antennas at the entrance. Through light signals and other alerting techniques, the responsible warehouse employee is immediately notified to transport the goods to the appropriate storage area swiftly.
  • Parameters are monitored until the moment the materials are unboxed. All information regarding the entire process can be obtained by reading the data from the RFID logger. This enables tracking of the shipment throughout the entire transportation process.
  • In the event of potential or degraded products, it becomes easy to identify which specific process or moment led to non-compliance with the required technological transportation parameters. This allows for precise determination of responsibility.
  • Data on the shipment’s arrival at the manufacturing site can be seamlessly integrated into various enterprise control systems when necessary.

RFID loggers can be reused for 2-3 years, depending on the number of uses and track & trace parameters.
